Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview:

1.1 The Executive Assistant/Admin Program (the "Program") is designed to provide participants with intensive training on the essentials of how to become an awesome Exeuctive Assistant/Admin.

2. Program Duration:

2.1 The program duration is specified in the program description.

2.2 Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the program.

3. Commitment & Cancellation:

3.1 Participants are expected to actively engage in all program activities, including individual coaching sessions. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled group session, then there is no make-up session available. However, if a participant is unable to schedule or needs to cancel an individual coaching session, then they may reschedule that session within the next 12 months.

3.2 Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled program sessions

3.3 If you cancel within 14 days before the program, the registration fee is not refundable. However, you will receive a credit for the registration fee which can be applied to the same or a similar program at the same fee, or you may substitute individual coaching sessions with Dr. Scott Mesh at the rate of $350/hour within the following 12 months. The processing fee is non-refundable.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1 Participants are required to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct throughout the program.

4.2 Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

5. Confidentiality:

5.1 Participants may be exposed to confidential information during the program.

5.2 Participants are required to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared within the program and are prohibited from disclosing such information to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1 All program materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and training materials, are the intellectual property of the program organizers.

6.2 Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials for personal or commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

7. Termination:

7.1 The program organizers reserve the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the program for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

8. Grievance Policy & Procedure

8.1 We will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of Dr. Scott Mesh. All grievances must be submitted in writing (via e-mail or mail) within 7 days after purchase of, or involvement in, the program. Any supporting documents must be included with the submitted complaint.

9. Special Accommodations or Requests

9.1 Individuals in need of special accommodations should contact the Admin, Cari Laroza at (212) 787-9700 ext. 3330 to make a request. Include name, contact info, program details, and accommodation needs. Our team will review requests and respond within 7-12 business days. Confidentiality is maintained. Compliance with ADA is assured.

9.2 Requests for special accommodations must be made prior to purchasing the workshop. Individuals will be informed if the request can be accommodated. Once the individual confirms, the special accommodations will be secured. If the individual finds that they no longer need the accommodations, they must inform the Admin.

10. Amendments:

10.1 The program organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

10.2 Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law:

11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States.

By participating in the Executive Assistant/Admin Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
